Full Google Ads onboarding: confirm client has admin or standard access to account (Customer ID: 157-110-2160), walk through the account dashboard together, verify a valid payment method (credit card or bank account) is set up under Billing & Payments, and confirm billing country, currency, and payment threshold. Meta Ads Account Setup

Meta campaigns will not deliver without active billing.
